Real Estate ProfessionalsJOE LORENCE I was born in Ladysmith, WI, graduated from Flambeau High School in 1968. After High School I attended Mount Senario College here in Ladysmith. My main course of study was Art and Business. Then I later attended WITC in Rice Lake and received an Associate Degree in Business Management. In 1978 I started working for Weathershield Manufacturing. Most of my 28 years there were in a Supervisory position. I have been Chairman for the Township of Marshall for the past 14 years, and also 1st Responder for the Rusk County Ambulance in Sheldon. In the Fall of 2006 I decided to get involved in real estate, and in Fedruary 2007 I became a full time agent. I really enjoy working in the office atmoshere and meeting people.
